Pin lock are good choice for securing the self coiling roller shutter heavy duty steel castings are welded onto the shutter side guides and a locking pin is inserted though the casting, guide and the curtain itself providing secure means of locking this product. we can also fit a second set of castings at high level to lock the pins into when the door is open to insure that the shutter cant be pull down without removing the pin lock standard on all shutters fitted over fire exit doors.  

 

Self coiling roller shutters are limited to a maximum curtain weight as i guide we suggest that 5sqm is the largest self coiling roller shutters we will manufacture

How to Measure the Opening 

The image below views the opening from the side of the premises on which the security product will be mounted, normally the Public side. The measurements required are of the space available. Remember that our Roller Shutters are custom built to your exact requirements. Hence the measuring process is more flexible.

Self coiling roller shutters can be finished to any colour. there are many different finishes depending on material used form wood grain laminates to gold anodised aluminium but the most common colour option is polyester powder coating that produces a hard durable colour finish to any steel self coiling roller shutter
