MARLEY100 INSULATED ROLLER SHUTTERS
Marley Insulated Shutters are constucted using two 22swg steel interlocking sections that create a double skin section which is filled with 20mm high density insulation providing a "U" value of 0.733w/m2k.
Ideal where temperature control between enviroments is of importance, also helping reduce your carbon co2 emitions and fuel costs.
Finish
Marley100 is manufactured using pre galvanised steel as standard but can be made from plastersol steel or polyester powder coated to any BS or RAL number to match your company colours.
OPERATION
All Marley100 Insulated roller shutters are powered by our 3ph (415v) direct drive electric motors that are capable of lifting 2000kg and can provide 100% duty rating so whatever size and however often you require your insulated shutter to open, we have the product.
At the touch of a button one a press of a remote key fob your insulated roller shutter will effortlessley glide open.

We offer free site surveys and product suitability reports, also available is our thermal calculation service of your building that in most cases can prove that an insulated roller shutter would pay for its self within 2 years and could even be payed for or heavily subsidised by the carbon trust.
