It is a rolling contract for lifetime, the warranty including a minimum of two service visits per annum with all parts & labour charges arising inclusive within the contract, excluding damage caused by accident or mis-use.
Service intervals: Usually at intervals of six months though this can be increased if Marley feels its installation and high-usage requires more regular servicing. Service includes: Visual inspection, full test of all system parameters and safety systems, inspection and spanner check all fixings, adjustments, lubrication and labour for minor part replacement, required warrantee works, recording of cycles and condition, all works completed and maintained in computer log and finally report sheets conveyed to client.
