The 77mm roller shutter system is our most popular garage door product as it offers exceptional value for money and an attractive, durable ,secure and safe feature to any home. This product is capable of achieving a maximum overall width of 5.5m (including guides) and a maximum overall height of 3.3m (including box). All 77mm shutters are fitted with 95mm guides with integral brush strips to allow smooth operation, whilst reducing drafts. Standard stock colour shutters are supplied with colour coordinated guides and box as standard. Non-stock colours (including foil range) are supplied with white or brown guides and box as standard alternative colours are available at an additional cost. (colour link)

Manual override, via winding handle to operate shutter in the event of a power cut
Remote control (two handsets included)
Courtesy light so you can exit your car safely in the dark
Photocell to prevent shutter being operated if obstruction is in the line of the shutter
Safety brake to prevent shutter falling shut in the event of motor failure (legal requirement)
Auto locks, automatically locking the shutter to prevent unlawful entry
Heavy duty bottom section including rubber seal to reduce water ingress and debris being blown in
Sizes required for installation
All 77mm shutters under 2.250m high (including box) will require 250mm clear above opening for the box
All 77mm shutters from 2.250m to 3.3m high (including box) will require 300mm clear above opening for the box
Note: if you have limited room above the opening see our 55mm compact garage door product
95mm each side of the opening for guides if this is not available the guides can be fitted within the opening but the clear width will be reduced by 190mm

The 55mm roller shutter garage door is an excellent product if headroom is an issue, as the name suggests compact by design meaning this product requires very little room, amazingly achieving 2.605m high (including box) that rolls into 205mm box and 3.5m wide (including guides) the 55mm compact still offers the opportunity to add a attractive durable secure and safe feature to any home. The 55mm compact shutter is fitted with 66mm guides with integral brush strips to allow smooth operation whilst reducing drafts, standard stock colour shutters are supplied with colour coordinated guides and box as standard.
